5 Seed Bread - Paleo and Vegan
- 250grams of Natural Evolution Ultimate Gluten Free Baking Banana Flour
- 2 teaspoons xanthan gum
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 30grams gluten free oats or flaked almonds
- 30grams of sesame seeds
- 30grams of linseeds
- 30grams of sunflower seeds
- 30grams of pumpkin seeds
- 30grams of poppy seeds
- 30grams of honey * Vegan - use agarvae syrup
- 50grams olive oil
- 500 grams lukewarm water
Method

- Preheat oven to 180C
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix very well. Thermomix/similar 2 ½ mins on interval kneading speed.
- Line regular bread tin with baking paper.
- Pour mixture into tin and bake for 40-50 minutes until skewer inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Cool on wire rack before cutting.
